TROPICAL OUTDOOR SOLUTIONS INC. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

All Credit Card Payments will incur a 3% fee in addition to the invoice amount.

By checking this box, I agree to authorize Tropical Outdoor Solutions to charge my credit card according to the corresponding invoice number amount.  I am also verifiying that by paying with a credit card I will incur a 3% fee in addition to the invoice amount.

 
Tropical Outdoor Solutions Inc. (contractor) and owner of credit card as listed above agree upon the amount on the corresponding invoice with the addition of a 3% fee to process this credit card payment. 

When you submit this agreement,  a Tropical Outdoor Solutions Inc representative will be processing your payment and sending you a receipt to the email provided on this Credit Card Authorization Form.
